ABOUT JOB ROLE: **REQUIREMENTS**: - Proficiency in Excel (data working and reconciliation), Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong understanding of COD remittance data and wallet reconciliation. - Ability to process bank transactions efficiently and accurately. - Experience with payment updates and remittance reconciliation. - Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve client queries promptly. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - COD Remittance Handling: Manage COD remittance data using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing. - Bank Transactions: Process various banking operations while maintaining attention to detail. - Client Query Resolution: Address and resolve client queries related to payments, ensuring a seamless experience. - Reconciliation: Conduct remittance and wallet reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Payment Updates: Update and maintain payment records to reflect the latest transactions. - Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed using MS Office tools.
