**Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Setting**: Proactively schedule appointments with potential clients using effective communication.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality communication and align appointments with company objectives.
- **Database Management**: Update and manage client databases using CRM tools.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Conversion Rate**: Improve appointment conversion rates through effective strategies.
- **Daily Reporting**: Compile detailed daily reports for the manager, including key metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous telecalling or appointment setting experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
