- Strong knowledge in accounts (Freshers)
**Job profile**:
- Understanding of the integration with various Banking modules.
- Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at Customer place.
- Plan & conduct training to end users.
- Understand the issues faced by end users on day to day basis and provide solution.
- Providing Support to clients & handling there queries.
- Proactive & customer centric approach while handling customer issues.
- Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by
- Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients
- Working closely with the development teams to design new products as per client requirements and manage all communication with the
- Department to resolve all issue
