- **Job Description - Customer Success Associate (International Process)**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our **Customer Success Team**. As a **Customer Success Associate**, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality support in an international process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure a high **Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)** by providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- **Experience**: Minimum **six months of experience** in a **customer support role**.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Flexibility**:

- Rotational shifts (5.5 working days per week).
- Rotational week off.
- **Work Environment**: Work from office - Mansarovar, Jaipur.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Up to **₹30,000 CTC**.
- **Travel Benefits**:

- Female employees will receive **cab facility** during night shifts.
- Male employees will receive a **₹180 travel allowance** for night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
