2. Collaborate with production supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to understand job orders, marking requirements, and quality standards.

3. Set up laser marking equipment, including selecting appropriate marking parameters, adjusting focus, and aligning materials for marking.

4. Monitor the marking process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to marking specifications, making adjustments as necessary.

5. Conduct regular inspections of marked products to verify accuracy, clarity, and completeness of markings, and address any issues or defects.

6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for laser marking operations, including safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.

7. Document production activities, including job setups, material usage, marking parameters, and quality inspections, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

8. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in laser marking technology.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning and maintenance of laser marking equipment to ensure optimal performance.

10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in laser technology or medical device manufacturing is preferred.

2. Proven experience operating laser marking equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.

3. Knowledge of orthopedic implants and related medical devices, including materials, dimensions, and marking requirements, is advantageous.

4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and ISO standards, is desirable.

5. Strong attention to detail and precision in performing marking tasks and quality inspections.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.

7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

9. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support production schedules and business needs.

10. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all aspects of work.

Pay: ₹9,517.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
