**Role and Responsibilities**:

- 1. Manage the day-to-day Operations in DP
- 2. Ensuring the timely completion of the process and adherence to the SEBI and Exchange
- compliance requirements.
- 3. Conduct the UAT and timely closure of the product releases.
- 4. Coordinate with internal technology team and vendor for any changes in the System,
- Process and for any Bug resolutions.
- 5. Tracking the regulatory changes and timely implementation of the same.
- 6. Work in close coordination with trade settlement and security settlement team

**Job Requirement**
- 1. Hands On experience in DP operations
- 2. Understanding of various operations like, Demat, Remat, Pledge, transmission etc.
- 3. Good understanding of CDSL files and reports related to the DP operations.
- 4. Good understanding in regulatory reporting
- 5. Knowledge in corporate action and the corporate action handling
- 6. Understanding about Early Payin and off market Mechanism and the recent changes in EPN
- process
- 7. Knowledge in Margin Pledge and MTF processes

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Essential - Graduation
- Experience: Essential - 3-5 years of experience
- Desired - Relevant experience in financial services/ exchange

**Other Skill set and Competencies**:

- Good Written and Verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Word.
