**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing original designs for slot games
- Create new and innovative slot games / meta features from beginning to end
- Create creative game play systems with exciting features
- Provide development staff detailed design documentation of each product you create
- Tune game and math models for all designs
- Work closely with development studios to ensure your product is built to the proper specifications
- Stay up to date with gaming design trends with a focus in casino games
- Pitching designs to various levels of stakeholders
- Documentation of game design vision, play, choreography
- Communication of game design to team members of various disciplines
- Review and iteration of game design - including all aspects of the game - art, math, sound, execution, & choreography

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Participation in team brainstorming
- Reviewing other designers’ games and concepts
- Contributing to the evolution of our team’s process and best practices
- Market and data analysis of current trends
- Help with strategizing future product plans and lines
- Extensive knowledge of casino game features
- Strong understanding of game balancing
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Proficient in managing their objectives within set schedules

- Joining Bonus - Entitled after completion of 3 Months of Probation period
- The Employee will be on Probation period of Three months from the date of commencement of the Employee’s service and will not get any Paid leaves in the probation.
- The Employer’s leave year runs same as that a calendar year i.e. from 1 January to 31 December. The Employee’s annual leave entitlement will be 12 days ( One leave in a month), Additional paid holidays are declared each year for public holidays and the Employer will update the list of paid holidays for each calendar year, year by year. Entitled for 12 Leaves after completion of three months of probation period, one leave in a month.
- Two years of Employment Agreement which says that if Employee may leave the company during the period of the next two years by giving two months prior notice and undertakes to reimburse one month salary paid or payable to him in the period of this Agreement, being the indemnification of the cost of training to the Employer. This is an important condition of this employment.
