**Job Overview**:
Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Aesthetic Assistant to join our Aesthetic Medicine team at our New Delhi facility. The Aesthetic Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Aesthetic Physician in providing high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Support**: Assist in preparing patients for aesthetic procedures, ensuring their comfort and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Treatment Setup**: Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments for aesthetic procedures.
- **Instrument Sterilization**: Sterilize and maintain aesthetic instruments and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments, including pre and post-treatment photographs, in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- **Procedure Assistance**: Provide chairside assistance to the Aesthetic Physician during aesthetic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Post-Treatment Care**: Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and provide support as needed during the recovery phase.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of aesthetic products, disposables, and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- **Patient Coordination**: Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for all aesthetic procedures.
- **Full-Time Schedule**: Dedicate full-time hours to supporting the Aesthetic Medicine team, accommodating scheduling needs as required by the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or training as an Aesthetic Assistant or Medical Assistant.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetic setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.

**Work Environment**:
Aesthetic Assistants will be based at our facility in New Delhi and will work full-time hours. The work environment involves providing support during aesthetic procedures, maintaining instrument sterilization, and collaborating with the Aesthetic Medicine team.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
