**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history.
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and body contouring and more..
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the aesthetic industry.
- Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients regarding skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress, and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with other team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.
- Contribute to the overall success of the spa/clinic through achieving individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field Minimum 12th Pass.
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Therapist with a strong portfolio of successful treatments is mandate.
- Knowledge of and experience with various aesthetic technologies and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in weekends.
- Fresher's with no Aesthetic knowledge wont need to apply.
