**Looking for **Accounts Receivable Executive**
**Minimum Experience: 2+ years’ Experience as Accounts Receivable Executive**
**Work Location: Noida, Sector 16A**
**Shift Timings: (Night Shift - Work from Office)**
**Job description**
Ø Maintain booking keeping database and records, updating information as needed
Ø Prepare general ledger journal entries related to accounts receivables
Ø Process Accounts receivables invoices and data entry
Ø Process Checks, ACH, online and other batches to collect payment from customers
Ø Co-ordinate with customers on discrepancy and resolving queries
Ø Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships
Ø Assist Internal/External audit when require
Ø Perform other assigned tasks
**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
Ø Create invoices according to company practices, submit to customers etc.
Ø Keep a record of all customers related data base and update in system also
Ø Working closely with accounting or financial professionals to manage all records
Ø Responsible for all discrepancy in customer’s database
Ø Assist in generating statements based on the Ledger v/s sub-ledger and reconciliation
Ø Managing all admirative tasks like filing, printing, reporting, mailing etc.
Ø Ability to work independently in fast paced environments
Ø Create reports regarding current status as instructed
Ø Responsible to identify delinquent accounts by reviewing corresponding details
Ø Ability to forecast the work needs and interact professionally with customers
Ø Responsible to perform other tasks as assigned

Ø Strong organization and time management skills
Ø Working knowledge of accounts and financials environments
Ø Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers
