**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Blockchain Architect** to lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and innovative blockchain solutions. This is a **remote** opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about decentralized technologies and experienced in building real-world blockchain systems across various domains.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and choose suitable blockchain frameworks (**Ethereum, Polygon, optimism, Base, Convex, Solana**etc.)
- Develop smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain integrations with enterprise systems.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction to development teams.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA.
- Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized ecosystems.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, ensuring best practices and compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- **15+ years of leadership experience** with a **minimum of 8 years in blockchain technologies.**:

- **Strong expertise in Golang, Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, and Python.**:

- In-depth understanding of smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and dApp architecture.
- Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or Polkadot.
- Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, blockchain wallets, and decentralized storage.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in **DeFi, NFTs, staking, tokenization, and DAO frameworks.**:

- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in Web3 communities.
- Understanding of token economics, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain interoperability.
- Blockchain or Web3 certifications are a plus

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
