Store Executive

**Position Summary**:
To provide all front end and back end support for timely procurement and delivery of materials and to maintain optimum stock level.

**Principle Job Responsibilities**:

- Understand the technical specifications, search the suppliers, get quotations, make comparison
- Prepare and get approval of PO for indented items by users & Store
- Ensure timely delivery of intended materials
- Search new vendors / suppliers for improving cost and quality
- Arrange to return the rejections & repairs of Store Items
- Check & ensure the quality of spares, store items & rolls at supplier ends
- Plan & arrange the logistics for lift the material from supplier & transports
- Maintain the cash flow for local purchase, freights & loadings of store items from suppliers & transports
- Maintain receipt store area in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition
- Ensure proper documentation on day to day basis
- To Support to team for Daily, fortnightly, Monthly reports
- Any other job as assigned from time to time
- **Qualification**:_

**Minimum**: Graduate, **Desirable**: Diploma in Materials Management
- **Experience**_**:
**3-5 years of experience Purchase & supply chain Department (Preferably in Steel Industry)**
