**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of AWS engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and direction in the execution of managed services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure productivity of the team is high

**Service Delivery**:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of cloud based managed services for clients.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that the managed services processes are followed.

**Client Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing managed services from Comprinno.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective AWS solutions.
- Creating reports for the client leadership teams

**Technical Expertise**:

- Stay abreast of Cloud technologies, especially AWS, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to address complex challenges in AWS environments.
- Facilitate required documentation and setup required managed services practices

**Operational Excellence**:

- Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in managed services operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications.
- Proven experience in managing cloud based services, preferred AWS cloud, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, and VPCs for AWS and related services from other cloud providers.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performance teams.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in AWS.
- Prior experience in a lead role overseeing Cloud managed services.**Qualification & Experience**:
Engineering/Technology Graduate/PostGraduate from **Computer Science or Information Technology discipline **only**.**
12 to 24 months of industrial experience in Cloud infrastructure orchestration, Application Stack Integration, CI/CD pipeline creation, IT workflow automation

- Applies DevOps thinking - i.e. brings development and IT ops processes, people, and tools closer together - in order to increase the speed, efficiency, and quality with which we deliver technical solutions to our clients.
- Defines and executes a balanced management methodology that is capable of organizing a diverse collection of technical activities into a coherent workstream.
- Liaises with Comprinno and client development teams, IT service groups and 3rd parties to encourage process transparency, mutually-beneficial design and delivery practices, and a clear view of roles and responsibilities across the Deployment Pipeline
- Provides DevOps thought leadership and mentoring in both advisory and delivery contexts, focusing on the requirements of
our clients' customers and how these are best served by continuous improvements to our delivery approach.
**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Very good written and verbal communication skills for expressing technical ideas and initiatives
- Designing, deploying and operating highly available, scalable and fault tolerant systems using leading cloud platforms
- Wide and detailed understanding of each of AWS services
- Good understanding of other prominent cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP cloud
- Implementing Organizational DevOps strategy in various operating environments
- Writing Infrastructure as Code using frameworks like terraform, CloudFormation, CDN, etc.
- Implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy to merge development with testing through pipelines.
- Automation using Configuration Management tools like Ansible -Skills to set up Docker container infrastructure to encapsulate code into a filesystem with abstraction and automation.
- Hands-on experience with docker orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes, Swarm
- Exposure to building tools like MAVEN and bug-tracking tools like JIRA in the work environment.
- Experience with installation of AWS CLI to control various AWS services through SHELL/BASH scripting.
- Experienced in version control and source code management tools like GIT
- Good knowledge in relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
