**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit retail shops, distributors, and dealers in assigned territory
- Promote and sell LACTEZ dairy and beverage products
- Build relationships with retailers and ensure product visibility
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Report market trends and competitor activities to the management
- Conduct sampling, demos, and local promotions when needed
- Maintain records of visits and expenses

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: 12th / Graduate
- **Experience**:

- **Freshers** are welcome with a passion for sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of local market dynamics
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Freshers**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
- **Experienced**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- **Travel Allowance**: ₹2.00/km (Fuel expenses for field travel)
- Incentives based on performance
