**Job Description**:
As a Personal Fitness Trainer at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for providing fitness training and support to clients in order to help them reach their health and wellness goals. You will work with individuals of all fitness levels, and create personalized workout plans and routines to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to determine clients' current fitness levels, goals, and any potential health concerns.
2. Develop personalized workout plans and fitness programs for clients, taking into consideration their individual needs, limitations, and fitness goals.
3. Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, guiding and instructing them on proper fitness techniques, exercises, and equipment usage.
4. Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey, providing ongoing support and accountability.
5. Monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting workout plans and goals as needed to ensure continual improvement and results.
6. Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits to complement their fitness routine.
7. Maintain a clean and organized training space, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized fitness certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal fitness trainer, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and fitness training principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients.
- Passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others lead healthier lifestyles.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients’ schedules.
