**Position**: Data Entry Operator
**Location**: Chakan-Talegaon Road, Pune.
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 15000/- to 20000

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various digital systems and databases.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and making corrections as necessary.
- Review and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring data is easily retrievable.
- Process documents and data within deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data safety.
- Assist in data collection and validation as required by the team or supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection policies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Any Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Data Entry is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of [e.g., 35-60] words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with databases.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
