**Job Tittle** - Process Expert - Hire to Retire

**Change the future with us**:

- Handling onboarding activates for new joinees, confirmation process and personal fine management
- Handle the separation activities online and offline
- Retrial Management
- collect the PF, Gratuity & Superannuation settlement form the respective employee's verify and process
- Mange the Statutory Compliance
- Manage the Vendor Compliance
- Working with Team Manager to drive process improvement initiatives within the team
- Achieve targets agreed with Team Manager.
- Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders
- Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by reporting manager.
- Training co-ordination & Logistics for various trainings

- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written.
- Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel.
