**Location**:Saket, New Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, plan, produce, and post short-form video content for Reels that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience.
- Create scripts, and storyboards, Write post copies to ensure a clear vision for each Reels video, including dialogue, captions, and visual elements.
- Craft engaging narratives and compelling storylines that captivate viewers, leveraging creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in short-form video content on Reels and other relevant platforms to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Execute video shoots, including filming, editing, and post-production work, while ensuring high-quality output that meets platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that showcase our brand's unique voice and personality.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of content creation experience who is not only creative but also skilled at adding a touch of humor to make content engaging and memorable.
- Comfortable in front of the camera with the ability to speak clearly and confidently, while also being knowledgeable about social media best practices (keywords, hashtags, etc.)
- Proven experience in content creation for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, or similar platforms.
- Preferably has experience in the entertainment and edutainment niches, with the ability to make content that's both fun and educational.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
