You’ll help cook up campaigns that not only look cool but actually hit the mark with audiences and have a blast doing itKey Responsibilities- Assist in the creation and execution of creative strategies across social, digital, and content platforms. - Collaborate with content creators, and account teams to develop ideas that meet client goals. - Research on audience behavior, market trends, and competitive activities to shape campaign approaches. - Support the development of campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and content calendars. - Brainstorming sessions and client presentations. - Stay informed about cultural trends and digital innovations to inspire creative thinking.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field. - 0–1 years of professional experience in creative development, content strategy, or marketing (internship experience acceptable). - Preferred: Experience with social media campaigns, content planning, or analytics tools. - Certifications in digital marketing or analytics tools are a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication. Familiarity with digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). - Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to influence strategy. - A portfolio or samples of past projects or academic work is desirable.Preferred Skills- Experience in managing or contributing to influencer and brand campaigns - Strong understanding of content writing and strategy - A creative and innovative mindsetWhat We Offer- The opportunity to work on campaigns for leading national and global brands. - A creative, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. - Exposure to the cutting-edge of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
