We are keen to hire a dedicated, enthusiastic team player as Telecaller at Meda Studio. As a telecaller, your core responsibility would be to connect with potential clients through telephonic conversations, explain our products and services, convert the leads and close the deals.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Utilize sales and marketing techniques to identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, and digital marketing.
- **Cold Calling**:Outbound Calls to the generated and provided leads using the sales pitch provided. Attract prospects with effective communication, propel interest of the potential client for longer conversation, understand client requirements and accordingly explain the products and services.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:Adhere to compelling sales pitch and presentations provided that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- **Pre-Sales and Conversion**:Leads to be forwarded to the manager after pre-sales and rest needs to be closed by the individual with credible and persuasive sales pitch.
- **Objection Handling**:Alleviate the concerns of the prospect with active listening, empathetic communication and critical thinking regarding the product, services, pricing, competitor and the market.
- **Maintaining Data**:Accurate documentation of data, maintaining the excel files, reports and presentations. Regular intimation of workings to the Manager.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify key market segments, verticals, or niches for targeted sales efforts.
- **Client Relationship**:Constant follow ups with potential and converted clients for resolving queries and client satisfaction. Building Rapport with the clients for upselling and long term
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media, Product Development, and Administration to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:Monitor sales metrics, pipeline progress, and marketing ROI to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent, graduation in sales or marketing would be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Freshers with enthusiasm to learn, persistent and positive attitude would also be appreciated.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
**Salary: (NEGOTIABLE)**
Salary totally depends on the skills, interview rounds and the years of experience.
