**Mandatory Skill**:
1. Coordinate Placement Activities: Organize and oversee various placement activities such as resume workshops, mock interviews, and networking events to prepare students for the job market.

2. Build Employer Relationships: Forge and nurture partnerships with employers to match their needs with the skills and aspirations of students, facilitating internship, co-op, and job placement opportunities.

3. The Placement officer excels in operations, ensuring seamless coordination of placement activities. With excellent communication skills, they adeptly manage stakeholders and handle crowds efficiently during events and activities.
- **Responsibility**:
1. Demonstrated leadership in student services or career development, preferably in tech.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at communication and relationship-building.

3. Proficient in project management, and data-driven decision-making, and committed to diversity and ethical standards in student placement practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
