**Job Title**: Fiber Laser Welder Operator

**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate fiber laser welding machines efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Set up equipment and adjust machine settings according to job specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the laser welding machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in fiber laser welding (freshers with basic training may also apply).
- Basic understanding of welding processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to read technical drawings is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.
- Experience in sheet metal or grille fabrication industry.
