**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present various chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Bhalla, Ragda Pattice, etc.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation in all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workstation.
- Manage ingredient inventory and communicate procurement needs.
- Innovate and develop new chaat recipes or seasonal items as per menu planning.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain portion control and avoid wastage of raw materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chaat Chef or Indian street food cook.
- Knowledge of North Indian spices, chutneys, and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong sense of taste, aroma, and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
