**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, purchases, and expenses
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation
- Monitor outstanding dues and follow up on patient payments or third-party claims
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor ledger
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Work with external auditors and consultants when required
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Coordinate with front desk, admin, and operations teams to align financial data
- Maintain and update Tally or any other accounting software used by the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in Tally - voucher entry, GST, invoicing, reconciliation
- Strong working knowledge of Excel - formulas, reports, and data entry
- Ability to handle day-to-day accounting independently
- Basic understanding of GST & TDS preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
