**Position**

Sr. Chemist (Pharma)LC-MS/MS and GC-MS.

**Location**

Hoskote ---Bangalore Karnataka

**Qualification**

M. Sc. Chemistry / Analytical chemistry through regular mode

**Professional Experience**

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry

**Desired Profile**

Should have practical / hands-on and sound theoretical knowledge on analytical techniques specifically on LC-MS/MS and GC-MS.

**Job Description and key responsibilities**

Ø Develop new methods for genotoxic impurities evaluation in APIs and intermediates of drug products using LC-MS and GC-MS

Ø Regulatory update and hands-on experience on evaluation of Nitrosamine, Nitroso and Azido impurities testing in APIs & Formulations by LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS

Ø Thorough practical knowledge on handling new methods for development followed by verification / validation with swift deliveries.

Ø Troubleshooting and optimization of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS methods in-line with compendial methods

Ø Sample processing, instrumentation and reporting as per cGMP requirements

Ø Awareness on method development and validations as per ICH and other guidelines as required by regulatory agencies

Ø Record of raw data, compilation, entering results into LIMS (experience on handling Caliber LIMS will be an added advantage)

Ø Prepare protocols and report on method validation/verification studies as per the client requirements.

Ø Plan and execute method developments and validations as per the protocols

Ø Interaction with customers on understanding technical requirements

Ø Team player with good oral and written communication skills

Ø Capable to work and support the lab manager on timely execution of sample analysis as per customer commitments
