We need a **FEMALE CANDIDATES **Admission officer and GTE assistant for our company with 1-2 years experience or **Freshers **who are minimum graduate and have good skills in researching, proofreading, and can handle Canada, UK, Australia Admissions and GTE.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to leads and setting up counselling with students via phone call or online meetings.
- Request documents from students or our agent network for assessment.
- Forward the documents to the admission team to check students’ eligibility and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian, Australian colleges or universities as per their requirement.
- Follow up with students to make sure they are paying tuition fees and accepting an offer from colleges or universities.
- Make an entry to our company's software to organize the record of every student.
- Preparing GTE of the student for Australia Visa
- Move the file to Immigration Case Manager for study permit extension once the student has paid the full tuition fees.
- Participate in webinars hosted by our partner colleges or universities.
- Other responsibilities, as required.

**Requirements**:

- You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi
- Basic IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
