We are looking for someone to help drive the direction of our operations utilizing a best in class platform - Adobe Workfront. The Adobe Workfront Admin is responsible for managing and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform to support project and resource management within the organization. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to ensure efficient workflow processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager your role is focused on driving the day to day operations of the platform holistically, ensuring that our timelines and deadlines are made, and that we are building the right set of requirements for the teams that we support. You will work with a system implementation partner and help to focus their efforts in an agile way.

More specifically, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Adobe Workfront Platform in support of the Portfolio Management Team. This role will ensure tight linkage across business owners and cross-functional teams to ensure work is prioritized and executed with measurable results.
- The Adobe Workfront Admin will be responsible for configuring and customizing Workfront to align with the organization's project and resource management needs.
- Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement workflow automations and integrations to streamline processes while also managing data within Adobe Workfront, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify business needs and make solution recommendations with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process
- Leads the creation and development of product features by understanding the business and product requirements and championing the asks from ideation to delivery
- Ensuring that the team is on the right track at all times, while staying up-to-date with platform updates and overseeing platform upgrades as necessary.
- Evaluate, manage and Configure Adobe Workfront to align with the organization's project and resource management needs.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience

Even better if you have:

- Adobe Workfront Experience
- Previous Adobe Workfront Fusion Experience
- Ability to work independently and with a cohesive team of multiple partners
- Proficiency in programs such as GSuite, Slack, Jira, etc.
- Experience with a system implementation or ongoing system support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Agile Processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
