**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting BoChe Tea to retail outlets.
- **Retail Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring effective product placement and promotion.
- **Distributor Coordination**: Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets.
- **Market Development**: Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Brand Promotion**: Execute in-store promotions, marketing activities, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in the retail sector, preferably in FMCG.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- **Vehicle**: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
