we are looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to manage the personal branding and social media presence of our leadership team. If you’re passionate about crafting engaging content, building online personas, and staying ahead of digital trends, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal Branding Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the personal branding of leadership profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Content Creation & Curation: Write, edit, and post high-quality, engaging content, including thought leadership articles, updates, and responses.
- Profile Management: Regularly update and optimize leader profiles to reflect expertise, industry trends, and company achievements.
- Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on behalf of leaders, fostering meaningful conversations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure maximum reach and relevance.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics for individual posts and profiles, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with the company’s goals and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1+ year in social media management or a similar role, preferably handling personal branding or executive profiles.
- Content Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities with attention to detail.
- Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram best practices.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Zoho Social) and analytics platforms.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt them to various platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple profiles and tasks simultaneously.

**Good to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Graphic design or video editing skills for creating visual content.
- Experience working with tech leaders or B2B brands.

Educational Qualifications

**Any Bachelors degree**

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
