**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-time admin & support assistance and ensure the expected solution.
- Handling Travel desk - International & domestic air ticketing, Accommodation, Visa, IRCTC bookings, etc.
- General administration along with HK support and management.
- Taking care of Repair & maintenance.
- Managing and handling liaisoning part with Local authorities, Municipal corporations, etc.
- Petty cash handling for the given location and coordinating between branch & HO for smooth functioning.
- Vendor Management - Managing and handling vendors, office HK & stationery requirements.
- HK management - Handling all HK supplies, HK staff & support.
- Repair & Maintenance
- Overseeing all repair & maintenance, Renovation, and other civil work.
- Coordination between HO & branch for smooth functioning.
- Any recruitment-related assistance and coordination with HO.
- Maintaining asset report, Petty cash report, and payment follow for Andheri (Both Marol & Chandak)

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce field.

**Soft Skills**:

- Clear and effective communication to deal with various departments and internal stakeholders.
- A strong focus on providing exceptional admin support to ensure smooth business operations.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
- Knowledge of the Travel desk (International & Domestic) is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
