**DIPLOMA/ BTECH IN CIVIL ENGINEER IS MUST.**:

- **Comfortable working in ASANSOL location.**:

- **Travelling as and when required.**:

- **Need minimum 7-8 years of experience.**:

- **Immediate Joining preferred.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

**REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

- **
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- Make sure that they complete projects within the timeline and budget.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
