**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Conduct personalized counseling sessions with prospective students and their parents to understand their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on the UK education system, including different levels of study (undergraduate, postgraduate, etc.), qualification frameworks, and various types of institutions.
- Help students choose the right courses and universities based on their profiles, interests, and financial capabilities.
- Address student and parent queries about the UK education system, student life, scholarships, and post-study opportunities.
- **Application Management**:

- Provide support in writing compelling personal statements and essays.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Develop and nurture relationships with university representatives and other stakeholders in the UK education sector.
- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
- **Knowledge & Training**:

- Continuously update knowledge on the latest trends, policies, and developments in the UK education landscape.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance counseling skills and industry expertise.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Gender**: Female (This is a specific requirement for this role to ensure a comfortable and accessible counseling environment for our predominantly female student clientele and their families.)
- **Experience**:1-3 years of experience in education counseling, preferably with a focus on the UK or "Experience in a similar sales or customer service role is a plus.
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or International Relations is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and university officials.
- **Empathy and patience**: The ability to listen attentively, be non-judgmental, and provide emotional support to students navigating a significant life decision.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: The capacity to identify student challenges and provide effective solutions.
- **Sales-oriented mindset**: Ability to meet and exceed counseling and enrollment targets.
- **Computer literacy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
