Job Summary:

- Coordinate with all departments (CHA, Accounts, Sales, Documentation) Placing bookings with respective shipping lines, documentation verification online invoice generation ,SI Submission
- Coordinate to transportation
- General Accounting & Vouching
- Banking Works, Net banking, Cheques presentation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable ,BRS
- Should now tally ERP9 or tally premium ,Debtors & Creditors ledger maintenance, Cash book Maintenance
- Reporting:
Generate regular reports on shipping statuses, costs, and potential issues to keep the management informed.
- Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.

Proven experience in export-import logistics, ideally in a similar role.

Familiarity with customs procedures, export-import documentation, and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and logistics management systems.

Knowledge of import-export laws, tariff schedules, and international trade agreements is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,654.77 - ₹40,568.08 per month
