Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our team and drive the sales efforts for our Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station solutions. The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our EV charging infrastructure to potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships to expand our market presence in the growing EV industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients within the designated region or market.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

Client Engagement:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our EV charging solutions.

Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with clients to understand their EV charging requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Proposal Development:
Create compelling and customized proposals that outline the value proposition of our EV charging stations.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.

Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the EV industry, renewables, or technology sectors, is advantageous.

Knowledge: Understanding of electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, and the broader renewable energy landscape.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of successful sales achievements, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present solutions and build rapport with clients.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

Self-Motivation: Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Networking: Strong networking skills to expand client base and develop relationships within the industry.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance lead generation, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
