Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers courteously in the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
  • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge (gold, diamond, platinum, silver jewellery, etc.).
  • Ensure attractive display and cleanliness of counters and showcases.
  • Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
  • Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the stock team.
  • Support in executing store promotions and marketing activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical selling practices.
