- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements by conducting effective introduction sessions
- Conduct product walkthroughs and educate the customers on feature customizations
- Build rapport with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and get maximum ROI to them
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments and proactively seek out new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring 100% renewals to drive primary growth lever for all the offerings
