Working as a **Sales Executive **and have got **good exposure of dealing with international & domestic clients**
- Have got insights regarding **diamond supply chain & logistics**, end user journey, how we can **improve the clientele pain points** concerning our business
- Developed **Company’s Brand Identity on Social Media**:

- Creating Leads for the Sales Team and have got idea regarding **pricing strategies**, their **bench marks**.
- Identifying new markets for existing products or discovering a need that current and new customers have for a modified version of an existing product.
- Providing the necessary research to identify target customers and understand their buying habits.
- Establishing a system of reports and communications for all information from the visited client and that leads to the sales team for feedback.
- Performance check based on no of clients visited and number of sales done by sales person
- Developing innovative techniques of getting in touch with the clients like offering lucrative schemes on festivals, giving gift vouchers, coupon codes, loyalty benefits to the new and old clients
- Expanding our reach through Linked In Ad Campaigns, B2B Magazines
- Trade Show promotions and marketing strategies involved
- Developing social media strategies
- Negotiating with marketing collateral provisioners related to price
- Receiving the premium regular clients coming to sales office, thinking of and providing innovative services to them.
- Developing strategies for attracting new and retaining old clients
- Developing Marketing Pitch
- Coordinating with IT, Graphic Designer, Grading and Sales Department
- Developing new CSR activities in which our company can participate: Annual plan and assisting in its implementation
- Giving suggestions in the improvement of website, infrastructure, sales pitch of Sales team, thus enhancing our Brand Image.

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹80,485.64 per month
