**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Site Management & Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage interior site activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and laborers for efficient workflow.
- Ensure all work is completed as per design specifications and approved drawings.
- Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety regulations.

**Project Execution & Quality Control**:

- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check materials, workmanship, and compliance with project plans.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a bridge between designers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate tasks with various teams, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.
- Provide daily progress updates to the project manager.
- Attend site meetings and provide reports on project status.

**Material & Inventory Management**:

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain inventory records.
- Verify materials received at the site and ensure they meet the required standards.
- Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage and handling.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain proper records of site activities, work schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Address any legal or regulatory concerns related to interior construction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of interior fit-outs, materials, and construction techniques.
- **Software Skills**: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely execution of work.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick decision-making skills to handle site challenges effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication for coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
