**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging graphics and visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, ads, and social media platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using tools like After Effects and Blender.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Canva, and CapCut to execute projects effectively.
- Stay updated on design trends, video editing techniques, and emerging technologies to deliver fresh and innovative content.
- Manage multiple projects with efficiency and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Canva, and CapCut.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Expertise in video editing, including transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating animations, motion graphics, and 3D designs.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
