Key responsibilities
- **Legal Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough legal research on various cases and issues to provide analysis and support for senior attorneys.
- **Document Drafting**: Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal notices, and pleadings, under the guidance of experienced lawyers.
- **Case Preparation**: Assist in preparing for court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings by organizing evidence and case materials.
- **Due Diligence and Compliance**: Support corporate and commercial transactions by assisting in due diligence and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- **Intellectual Property (IP) Support**: Handle tasks related to trademark filings, oppositions, and the protection of intellectual property.

Required qualifications
- **Education**: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is the primary requirement.
- **Skills**:

- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,060.70 - ₹16,000.00 per month
