**Job Brief**

The Structural Associate holds a pivotal role, overseeing engineering projects and branch offices. Reporting to senior management, this position requires exemplary technical expertise in structural engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team of engineers and draftsman. The Senior Structural Associate is responsible for ensuring project excellence, adhering to industry standards and codes, and expanding the company's reach through effective branch office management.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance and oversight to structural engineering teams, ensuring that projects adhere to rigorous industry standards and codes, such as ACI, AISC, and ASCE.
- Lead the development of innovative structural solutions and incorporate advanced analysis techniques, including finite element analysis (FEA) and seismic analysis, where applicable.
- Conduct peer reviews and in-depth structural analysis to optimize designs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and draftsman, fostering their technical growth and excellence.
- Set clear performance expectations and regularly assess team members' progress.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training within the team.
- Manage and coordinate activities across branch offices, ensuring consistent quality, adherence to company standards, and efficient resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, from inception to completion, including high-rise structures, industrial complexes, and complex retrofit projects.
- Monitor project progress, budget compliance, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion and secure new business through proposal development and client presentations.
- Stay at the forefront of structural engineering advancements, embracing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other digital tools to enhance design efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement stringent quality control processes to maintain design integrity and reliability.
- Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
- Responsibility for development and growth of the Structural design team.
- Training and Development of Team members for continuous improvement
- Ensure to project complete on time and as per Client/site requirement
- Prepare master work schedule as per the project needs
- Coordinate with external consultant for any queries
- Ensure to present in all government meeting
- Design structure (if needed)
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**Education Qualification & Exp.**
- **MTECH (Structural Designing)**
- Minimum experience **10 years**

- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and branch offices effectively.
- A deep understanding of industry-specific standards and codes.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
