**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
1. Demonstrating proficiency in basic accounting entries and excel.
2. Recording day-to-day financial transactions, particularly those related to customers.
3. Preparing and posting debit and credit notes with accurate and detailed narrations.
4. Maintaining regular communication with customers and reconciling their accounts with company records as per agreed schedules.
6. Match payments against corresponding invoice numbers in accounting tool.
7. Basic Knowledge of TDS and GST.
8. Participate in or manage function specific projects as needed.
