**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial data
- Help with day-to-day accounting tasks and bookkeeping
- Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations
- Support the finance team in audits and tax preparations
- Utilize Tally software for financial transactions and record-keeping
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (experience with Tally is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a professional finance environment
