We are looking for a student focused, enthusiastic and ambitious “study abroad counselor” to guide our students and parents.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality counseling services to students, maintaining industry standards and best practices.

3. Act as a key point of contact for students, parents and partners, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring strategic partnerships and a diverse range of study abroad programs.

5. Provide innovative inputs for improving our product and services and bringing growth in the study abroad division.

6. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, counseling techniques, visa documentation and program knowledge.

7. Advise students on visa procedures, accommodation options, and other logístical aspects of studying abroad.

8. Stay abreast of global trends in international education, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.

9. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across different centers / branches.

We are looking for a study abroad counselor who has: experience in counseling for study abroad, eagerness to learn, keen interest in guidance & counseling, ability to achieve targets, ability to work in teams.

**Tools Expertise**: Knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Google Sheets-Slides-Docs.
