Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Digital Marketing Sales (Primary Focus)

Generate leads and acquire new clients for website development, SEO, social media marketing, paid

advertising, and overall digital marketing solutions.

Consult with businesses to understand their online marketing needs and propose customized solutions.

Educate clients on the importance of a strong online presence, brand visibility, and digital strategies to

scale their business.

Confidently pitch website design, development, and optimization solutions tailored for different industries.

Convert prospects into long-term clients by building trust and showcasing the value of digital marketing.

2. Outsourcing Services Sales (Secondary Focus - Outsourcell)

Sell Outsourcell’s outsourcing solutions, convincing businesses to outsource their call handling,

Identify businesses that need cost-effective and efficient outsourcing solutions and build strong

relationships.

Explain the advantages of outsourcing, including cost savings, efficiency, and improved customer

service.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Execution

Utilize company-provided lead data while also sourcing new leads independently through LinkedIn,

networking, and online research.

Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close high-ticket sales with strong negotiation skills.

Maintain a structured sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through persistence and strategy.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and follow-ups.

Must communicate fluently in English with an accent aligned with Australian and US clients.

5. CRM & Data Management

Keep a detailed record of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools, MS Office, and

Google Docs.

Generate regular sales reports to track performance and strategize improvements.

6. Sales Strategy & Market Understanding

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, website technologies, and outsourcing

solutions.

Analyze competitors and develop effective sales strategies to outperform them.

Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.

**Requirements**:
✔ Fluent English Speaking Skills (Australian & US Accent Preferred)
- Must communicate clearly and confidently with clients from Australia and the USA.
- A neutral or near-native accent is required for professional sales conversations.

✔ 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (Websites/Digital Marketing Preferred)
- Experience in selling website development, SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising is a
