**Job Title**: IT Infrastructure & Project Coordinator
**Location**: Kochi, Kerala
**Experience Required**: 2-3 years
**Salary**: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Infrastructure Management (30%)**:

- Mandatory and hands on experience in, **Hosting**, **cPanel** and **Office 365** platforms.
- Manage server configurations, backups, and security protocols to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades.

**Project Coordination (70%)**:

- Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and update project plans, including objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate resources, staffing, and supply management to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct project reviews and status update meetings, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project success.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in IT infrastructure management and project coordination.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Mandatory and hands on experience in **cPanel** and **Office 365 administration**.
- Strong experience with **web hosting** platforms and server management.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Team player with a proactive approach to project management.
