**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive audit plans for construction and colony development projects to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project scope, budget, and financial objectives.
- **Cost Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed cost analysis for ongoing and completed projects, identifying variances between budgeted and actual costs.
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness and efficiency of project expenditures, providing recommendations for improvement.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Identify potential financial risks associated with construction and colony development projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact project costs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and organised documentation of all audit procedures and findings.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance team, project managers, and other departments to gather relevant information and ensure effective communication of audit results.
- Provide support during internal and external audits as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.

Proven experience as an auditor, preferably with a focus on construction or real estate development projects.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
