**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide necessary information.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
Maintain a positive attitude and good rapport with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
Report daily progress to the team leader/manager.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of customer service principles.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Persuasive and confident personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling or sales (preferred).
Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
