**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Driving Social Engagement**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media reporting for the Social Media Manager.
- Set objectives and track key social media KPIs to measure performance.
- Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, tools, and trends to leverage viral content and trending conversations.

**Content Creation & Collaboration**
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to align content with brand objectives.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships while tracking performance analytics.
- Ensure social media content aligns with and enhances the brand's storytelling.

**Required Skills & Competencies: Functional Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram.
- Understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and content strategy.
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.

**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and ownership mindset.
- Proactive with strong attention to detail.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in content creation, community management, and analytics.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
