**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute photoshoots, video shoots, and reel creation to showcase our projects and team culture.
- Create compelling captions and hashtags that align with our brand voice and attract our target audience.

**Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and publish posts across social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering engagement and community growth.

**Campaign Management**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, optimizing for conversions and ROI.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to assess the performance of social media initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, suggesting improvements and new strategies.

**Brand Collaboration**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to enhance our social media presence and drive traffic.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and interior design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
